The weather has been changing every five minutes reccently and that means sore throats and colds are rife. First of all it was my youngest son that was sniffling, then he passed his germs to me (how kind he was) and I've passed them back to him. Of course nothing replaces a trip to the doctor when you are ill, but I do like to compliment traditional medcine with more natural methods.
My 2 GO TO remedies for adults

For a clean, healthy enviroment to prevent and treat ENT infections
The best way to purify the air in your home, particularly bedrooms and living areas, is to diffuse essential oils. By purifying the air, the essential oils prevent the spread of those germs and therefore evite infections such as colds, flu and coughs.
Here is a mix that is highly recommended to use in our diffusers;
50 drops of orange essential oil
25 drops of geranium essential oil
25 drops of eucalyptus radiata essential oil
25 drops of ravensara essential oil
Diffuse for 30 minutes morning and evening - without children present in the room during diffusion
WARNING all advice given does NOT replace a doctor's advice - it is taken from various aromotherapy sites and personal experience and does not engage any form of responsability
